text formatting

I'm trying to format text in a column to be uniform (some is lower case, some caps). I can't find a way to do this in Excell, and have tried to do it in Word, but when I bring it over it loses that formatting. Help please
 
There is no such format in Excel, you would need an event macro that would
change
the case when you press enter. I would strongly recommend against it.
