Text feels weird after SP2 install

I just installed SP2 and the text on almost everything feels weird and
harder to read.. how do I go back to the look it had with SP1?
 
Nothing is wrong with my screen area I have it right where I want it.
 
Right click desktop, go to properties, appearance tab, effects button. Second
box down, it asks whether you want standard or cleartype font. Since standard
is default, I suspect you had cleartype. Try changing it to cleartype and see
what it looks like.
