Text copying disabled.

Excel challenged

All of a sudden, when I now try to use my Control V to cut and paste - Excel
puts a message in the cell that says "Text copying disabled.". It is
probably something very simple - but I do not know...
 
Program fixed itself - I have no idea what it was - but I am okay now......
