Any one know how to change the text colors on the IE toolbar, like the File
View And Edit ect.

Control Panel> Display> appearance tab>Item>3D objects>font color.

Exercise care in the "micro-management" of whatever you may change when in
the appearance tab area of Display. *Take Note*, with pen and paper, of what
you do change. Serious results can occur, and you are advised to know what
your original settings were.

You are sometimes better off changing appearances -in general- by means of
Control panel>desktop themes.

I should correct, have added, and been more specific as well. The settings
I've just described will affect the Tool Items only; not the various menu
items themselves: File, edit, view tools, message, help, etc. etc. are
changed with the "Menu" item which is accessed by scrolling down in the Item
field. The sub menus of each item *will* be changed in their colors too.
That is accomplished by the same Appearance tab of Display properties in the
*menu* Item.

Another caveat: Select your colors well. Poor choices can render the items
*invisible* against their backgrounds. The backgrounds can be changed as
well. Remember to take *full* note of what and where the settings and
controls are. If you don't, and the wrong colors are chosen, you might not
even see the names on any buttons or menus.
