Text Color using IF Statement

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the text color when usin
an IF statement? Example: IF (C<4, "Pass","Fail") results in "Pass
for values less than 4, but if the value is greater than 4 I want th
word "Fail" tp appear in red.

Currently I am using Excel 97
