text changing when printing

I created some notes using a template from the Microsoft website, and when I
printed the document out, all of the text in each line "squished up" into one
big blob on the left. DOes anyone have any ideas on why this is happening,
or how to fix it? (The text is like this in the printed version and in the
electronic version.)

Hi Raijin,

This one shows up most often related to left over temp files and Word addins. While it doesn't happen exclusively with HP printers,
they seem to be the most common choice in use when it does occur <g>.

In File=>Print switch the printer to another one then back to see if this 'fixes' the document. If so, close Word (and Outlook) and
use Start=>Search to find and send to the recycle bin files found using a search string of
~$*.*;*.tmp
