I am unable to type words in a text box on a powerpoint project. The only
things that types in the text box is some very faint grey dots. HELP!!

Does your keyboard work in other programs? Else, go to Help| Check for
updates...

Also, what is your PowerPoint version?

Please tell us your PowerPoint / Windows version,
whether you are using vba, whether
your cows are in the corn paddock, or
anything else relevant.

Also check what font it is. It's possible it could have been somehow reset
to Symbol or some other font that doesn't show letter.

If possible, please provide a sample of the ppt file. Sounds to me the font
size may be set to 1.
