Text box similar to comment

How does one get a text box with info for the user to
appear when user clicks in a particular cell and STAY
visible until user moves out of that cell. A comment will
either stay on ALL the time or will show only when the
mouse pointer is on the cell.

Reference cell N12 or N14 in the ExpenseStatement template
in Excel 2002.

You can use Data-->Validation

1. Select the cell you want to show the comment in
2. Click Data-->Validation
3. Click the Input Message tab
4. Enter a Title and/or a comment in the boxes provided
5. Click OK

Whenever the cell is selectd the comment will popup. Click away from it and
it disappears. Note that this popup cannot be formatted, other than
moving/dragging it to a different location. FYI: Once dragged to a different
location, ALL cells using this feature will have their input message appear
in that spot until you close and re-open the file.
