Text Box Property

Hi all, liong time no chat. Hope everyone is well.

I have a TextBox. I want it to look like a Label but have the control of a
TextBox. So I want the TextBox to appear with no black line outside border
around it. Can it be done?

The common workaround suggested is to put it inside a smaller panel:

Not that I know of, which is probably why this workaround is suggested.
