Text box line spacing

I want to create a text box with a column of links to
MSWord and PowerPoint file, e.g:

Report 1.doc
Annual Budget 3.doc
Budget Presentation.ppt
etc.
etc.

but when i press return to start another line it jumps
about two lines down and i can't find anywhere to adjust
the line spacing for text boxes. Help!!

PS I tried just shifting onto the next line using the
space bar, but then it appears in a mess on the preview.
 
Hi Kerr,
first of all you should never use the space bar to layut your text - it's
always going to give unpredictable results. When you press enter you start a
new paragraph - it sounds like you want a new line which you'd get by
pressing shift + enter
