Text Box keeps returning to default formatting

Help!

I've been trying to find a solution for two days!

I've created a document with tables in Word. I added a textbox within one of
the cells. Whenever I attempt to print the document, the textbox returns the
paragraph to the default formatting so my document does not print correctly.
(Also if I save and reopen the document.)

Has anyone seen this? Is there a solution or work around for it?

Text boxes should retain the formatting applied to text in them...

Or are you referring to some kind of field, such as a text form field?
