text box help

How do I make a text box on the right side of my index page apear on everypage?
 
Put it in an area of your web page that is shared amongst
all pages.

There are several ways you could accomplish this. Check
Front Page Help for Shared Borders, Frames and Include
Pages for a discussion of what these are and how to use
them.
 
Put it on every page.
You can use an include page or shared border so you only have to edit it
in one place.
