text box disappears in print preview and print

I have a three column document in word 2000.
(I am using this to do a brochure)

the middle column has two text boxes with sideways left
text orientation (for mailing address and label).

The text boxes with the text inside is viewable in Print
Layout. It disappears in Print Preview and in the printed
document.

Can anyone help? Thank you.

On the Print tab of the Tools > Options dialog box, make
sure that the option to print drawing objects is selected.
Does that help?
