Text blocks move unexpectedly

I'm doing a newsletter in simple double column format. Organizational
boilerplate fills page 3 in 3 grouped text blocks. I want it to stay put on
page 3 with text flowing from page 2 to page 4. No combination of checked or
unchecked options in the "format text block" options section seems to cause
this to work. At some point, that triple block is going to bounce to page 4
and I have to drag it back manually.

Ah. This does indeed exactly address the issue but it seems to cause another
problem. I cannot highlight text across linked boxes. Suppose each column
is a text box. Now, col.2 on p.1 is linked to col.1 on p.3. And I have an
article spanning from page 1 to page 3. I wish to move, copy, or delete this
article. I cannot highlight the whole thing. The parts on p.1 and p.3 have
to be handled separately. And I need to remember to do the p.3 part first.

This is why I had hoped to be able to handle the issue without the linked
text box work-around. I miss Framemaker.
