text bewteen rectangles and headings

I am seeing that when I create rectangle and add text to them they won't
move in step with the text I put between them.

In other words I have:

1. A Heading in a rectangle.

(then Text outside the rectangle, underneath)

2. Another Heading in a rectangle

(then text again)

You get the picture. When I type in my text between the rectangles the
rectangles do not move down as I hit return but my text moves though. It
just overlaps the nexy box, which is a pain in the ars.

Is there a way to make everything move in unison as I type my paragraphs
between the headings. I am just creating some templates for ebay.

How are you forming your "rectangles"?
You can make a table and create several rows of cells. Put
your heading in a cell, then in the next cell, some text.
Then in the next cell, your heading, and so on.

Now I am having issues with lining my cells under each other. I can't seem
to leave a single space between them. They either join or it leaves a
double space.
