Text being truncated in columns of subReport

Hi everyone! I'm having trouble with a subReport that has 4 columns. This is
a text field. I have the field property to "can grow" and "can shrink"....
but sometimes the text overflows and prints on the next line then sometimes
the text is truncated! How can I get consistancy with the printing?

Hi Maggie

A thought, does the data fill the whole of the sub report? If so have you
set the subreport can grow can shrink property to yes so that the data forces
the subreport to size with the available room??
