Text before a Number in the same cell

I was wondering if there was a way to put text befor the solution to
funtion in the same cell.

for example

A1=2
B1=4

In cell C1 the function is A1+B1, but.....

I want the answer to read Q=6. "Q=" being the text before th
function.

Is there any way to do this
