Text area with sendmail

I need send a workbook via e-mail (from VBA) and I would write something in
text-area of message : it's any way to do this?

2003 should be the same. I've used some of the routines in 2003 without any
problems. It says

Applies to: Microsoft Office Excel 2007, Microsoft Office Excel 2003,
Microsoft Excel 2002, Microsoft Excel 2000, Microsoft Excel 97, Microsoft
Office Outlook 2007, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, Microsoft Office Outlook
2002, Microsoft Office Outlook 2000, Microsoft Office Outlook Express,
Microsoft Windows Mail

And there are notes wherre the code needs to be changed for different
versions of microsoft office.

Only if you use Outlook and use the Outlook object model examples from my site.
With SendMail (first section on my mail page) it is not possible to add text in the body together with a attachment
