text (3750 char.)truncates with text wrap and row heigh adjusted?

when text in a cell exceeds a certain amount it truncates and will not wrap
below even when row height is adjusted. Anybody know why or how to fix it?
 
Look in help for specifications, there you will see that the stated limits of
characters to disply in a cell are 1024 characters, that can be overcome
somewhat by using a lot of new lines added with alt + enter, don't know how
many more? You can also use a text box
