I'd like to test the uplink bandwidth to my dsl line in my home PC.
Is there some site/service that can do that?

Create a fairly large single file on your PC, and FTP it up to your
private area on your ISP's server, measuring the transfer time with
watch. Bandwidth = filesize/transfertime.

This way, you are measuring the bandwidth to your ISP, not the
bandwidth through the worst bottleneck between your PC and the
bandwidthmeasuringservice's server.
