It is the communicator part from outlook. You have to disable this.
This answer I got from a private newsgroup, and it is true,

I gave up fighting against this crazy situation.
I don't like it, but it seems that is all what we can do.

Hello,

One of our french MVPs noticed that enabling windows live id
functionalities in Windows mail could cause some problems (if I remember
well. I can ask him to confirm)
I don't know if it the same with windows live mail.

Yes, I'm using Windows Live Mail as my NNTP host--not Outlook. However, I do
have the Outlook Connector enabled. I'll turn it off (especially since I
have no idea what it's for).
