Can you test an AGP slot on the the motherboard with a multimeter? I don't have
an extra AGP card that will fit.I tested someone's video card and have never
been able to use the AGP slot since. I have to use a PCI slot for my video and
I now have studdering problems. It stinks

No. AGP socket has some 120 staggered contacts and most of them carry high
frequency signals so a multimeter is inappropriate. At best it could check
the supply voltages.
