Terminal Services not accessible remotely

I have Terminal Services running on a server at work, the
service is running in services, I can connect to other
clients over WAN with my laptop at home but not this one
client. The firewall has Terminal Services enabled
for 'all' incoming connections as well.

Any ideas on what may be causing me not to get a
connection (don't even get to the logon stickup)?

The first thing, of course: Is Terminal Services fully functional on the
machine? That is, can you establish a TS connection from within the LAN?

On the LAN works just fine. It seems so weird that I
cannot connect even though I connect to other servers
(clients of mine) from home all the time but not to this
server and my Watchguard Firebox 700 has Terminal Services
setup and open!

It is not enough to just open up the RDP ports at the firewall. You also
have to allow UDP protocol through on those ports (TCP is not enough).

Is the one that you cannot connect to running Windows 2000 Server (or 2003)
?
