I am trying to find the steps to get terminal service (TS)
running accross the internet. I have setup a Win2K server
installed TS.
I can get it running on a Local Area Network, I installed
and configured RAS and can get working, But cannot find
any clear instructions on the internet anywhere which
steps out procedure to configure running across internet.

Please help..... anyone....?

You don't need RRAS to connect remote computers to your Terminal Server. All you need to do is forward port 3389 thru your firewall to your internal Terminal Server, then have remote users address their Remote Desktop Clients to the WAN IP Address of your Firewall.

Picture of the port forwarding here

Since the RDP Traffic on port 3389 is natively encrypted there's no need for a VPN (although you can run RDP Trraffice thru a site-to-site VPN if desired or if one already exists

I have RRAS setup on another server do allow 2 users living in the stone ages w/o Internet Access to dial-into my RRAS Server then open a RDP Session to my Terminal Server. Other than this, I have no use for RRAS

Plenty of how tos here
