Terminal Server Word Won't load Macro Security

I have a Windows Server 2000 Terminal Server with around 30 users.

One program which use, requires integration bettween Word & the software
system using Macro to pull across info. (Name, Add other client info)

However, some users cannot open Macro Storage in Word which means data is
not being copied across.

Any ideas what could be causing Word to stop allowing users to open Macro's.
