Terminal Server on WIN2k

We are unable to connect to one of our WIN2K TS boxes.
When ever you try to connect vis RDC in XP you get the
following Error:

"The client could not connect to the remote computer.

Remote connection might not be enabled or the computer
might be too busy to accept new connections. It is also
possible that network problems are preventing you
connection"

I have checked the TS settings and they are the same on
this box as all the others. We only use TS in remote
admin mode and this is our ISA box.

Any ideas?

Can you telnet to port 3389 of the terminal server?

Something like...telnet {ip_address} 3389

This will at least tell if your RDP-TCP connection is
listening.
