terminal server lic file

where can i find them? i recenty had to rebuild the term
server and it is asking for the lic file within 90days.

where do i find it from the old server and where do i
place it on the new?
 
Could you post the exact text of the message you get, or the EventID
and Source from EventLog?

Did the old terminal server also host the TS Licensing Server? If so,
you have to install and activate it again and re-install your TS
CALs. You might have to phone the Clearinghouse the get your TS CALs
re-issued.
