Termainal Server License Server

Hi,
I have 3 WIN2K servers and many XP & 200 Prof clients. Do
I need to purchase TS CAL for these. How to set up the
license server and what after this. Does it help if I
just activate the TS Licensing server or do I need to
purchase more license is my question..

any help in this regard is appreciated.
