term server loses connection to domain

I posted a message yesterday the 23rd about this. My
terminal server is losing connection to the Domain
controller. I am running Win2k server with terminal
services enabled in a WinNT domain. The terminal server
loses connection to the domain for whatever reason and
then users can't log onto the server. They recieve a
messagse stating that the domain is not available. A re-
boot corrects the problem so I replaced the entire
motherboard which includes the Network adapter thinking
that the network adapter may be faulty. This didn't
correct the situation.
Here is one error in the event viewer that seems strange:

Application event:
Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a
roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact
your administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

Here is another event message that I do not understand:

Detection of product '{00010409-78E1-11D2-B60F-
006097C998E7}', feature 'OfficeUserData',
component '{C9AF9050-C8BE-11D1-9C67-0000F81F1B38}' failed

I don't know if these messages have anything to do with my
problem, but they might.

ANY HELP WOULD BE VERY GRATEFULLY APPRECIATED!!!!

Having similar problem. Did you ever resolve it? I have
W2000 advance server set up as a terminal server,
connected to a W-NT 4.0 sp6 primary server. A re-boot does
not correct the problem for me. Any Ideas?
