tempory internet file

i have always had a tempory internet file in my c drive- disk cleanup
section, all of a sudden its missing, how do i get it back.
tried back up but doesnt work.

Go to Start > Run and type: CLEANMGR /SAGESET , and hit enter.
Check the items Disk Cleanup should cleanup.

Type in Start Run

regsvr32 dataclen

make sure TIF still is on C.
