Where do i find this folder on my pc please ?

Follow this path: Internet Explorer / Tools / Internet Options /
Temporary Internet Files / Settings / Current Location.

If you logon with a userid of "Phil" then it will be here

C:\Documents and Settings\Phil\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

Best way to find it is to do the following:-

Launch IE.
On the menu find "Tools" and select "Internet options"
On the dialog that is presented to you select the "General" tab
Under the title "Browser History" press the "Settings Button"
On the new Dialog that is presented to you press the "View Files" button.
This will load explorer and display the files from the correct directory
for your current user settings.
The explorer address bar will show you the directory name.

Thanks for the tip. This was very helpful to me.

Click Start, Run and type:

shell:cache

Press {ENTER}

This should launch the Temporary Internet Files folder.
