Templates

Maybe it's because you're spelling templates wrong or because Office 2007
has not been released yet?
 
You should be able to find them in the application under the Microsoft
Office Button and New. Then in the dialog box you see those that came
with the installation and those from Microsoft Office Online.

You can also use Help to search for a specific type of template. Open
Help (F1) and under the Search drop down select Templates to narrow
the scope of your search.
