Templates/forms

I've set up a template at work to evaluate projects, using fields. It works
fine for most people, but sometimes the filled in text (ie, the responses)
has a gray shading which I can't get rid of. I have a feeling this is
something to do with field codes. Is that correct? Or is there something I'm
missing?

This depends on a setting in Tools - Options - View tab - next to shading
fields choose never in stead of always. But I guess this a machine setting
which would explain why some people have the shading and others don't.
