Hi, I need to design an apropriate template for my new small business.
I need to keep a record of all telephone calls recieved and charge a set
amount for each enquiry that I help with.If the enquiry then turns into a
sale then I need to add another set amount on top of that one, then at the
end of the month I need to total all of those records and invoice the person
I'm contracted by.Can any one help please?
