Template that picks up current date when I open it everytime.

[Capture a variable date & use with text]

I want create a generic template in Word. Everytime I open it, I would like
the current date to be picked up and blown in. I dont want to have to enter
the date each and every time I want to create a new form from this template.

Insert a Createdate field where you want the date to appear and save as a
template. Each time you create a new document from the template the field
will show the date you created it.
