template: service quote (blue gradient theme)

I downloaded this template from Microsoft's website. Template works fine
with Word 2002; however, with Word 2000, none of the text on top of the blue
gradient will print. The blue gradient appears to be an autoshape object.
I've tried sending the autoshape to the back (behind text) but still will not
print any text which appears on top of the gradient. Anyone else experienced
this problem? Any suggestions? Thank you all.

In Word, try turning off background printing in Tools | Options |
Print. In Windows, try turning off printing spooling and/or
advanced text services in Start | Control Panel | Printers |
<right-click on your printer> | Properties.
