template for 1099 Misc

Is there a template on screen that i can type 1099 MISC information and them
print onto preprinted IRS 1099 forms?
 
Any tax preparation software package (TurboTax, TaxCut) can print its own
forms with the data entered. Trying to do this from Word is unlikely to be a
good use of your resources.
