Template does not work with my PP 2003

I received a file by email with PPT attachment but I try to open it and it
just keeps flashing the template....I cannot stop it or see the contents...
Only option I have is to close the PPT

any ideas... my PPT 2003 works fine otherwise... I think its probably a
newer template that 2003 does not support...

Make sure that you have all the updates for your PowerPoint 2003
