How do I prevent someone from deleting the temporary internet files they have visited?

Tell your kid that if he does it again, he will not be allowed to use the
computer any more. You may also want to relocate the computer to a location
in the house where you can keep an eye on things. The *other* alternative
is to install some sort of key-logger on your system.
