What I can fixed a problem with files:

D:\Documents and Settings\Nikolay\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\index.dat
D:\Documents and Settings\Nikolay\Local
Settings\History\History.IE5\index.dat
D:\Documents and Settings\Nikolay\Cookies\index.dat
 
What I can fixed a problem with files:

D:\Documents and Settings\Nikolay\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\index.dat
D:\Documents and Settings\Nikolay\Local
Settings\History\History.IE5\index.dat
D:\Documents and Settings\Nikolay\Cookies\index.dat

Delete them. You have to start in DOS mode. Easy. Free.
