Temp file location for Outlook Attachments

I can locate Attachments that have been opened in an OLK4D temp folder.

However, I cannot find the folder that contains Attachments that have not
opened.

Is there a specific temp folder that Outlook puts these into until they are
opened?

Rather than open each of my bzillion Outlook folders, I'd like to do an
Explorer search for a specific file that I know is an Outlook Attachment but
one that I have not opened.

Thanks.

That is because all attachments are kept in the Outlook message store
(pst-file or Exchange database).

I recommend you install a search add-in like Windows Desktop Search which
indexes your mail (including attachments) and folders on your computer. This
way when you are looking for a file you can find it no matter where it is
located.
