telnet server closes connection

I added the telnet server component to my configuration that uses minlogin and
windows shell. I also have the administrator acccount component with a password
defined. When I telnet to the system from an XP Pro system, I am prompted for
user and password and I enter the administrator ID and password. Then I see the
message:

Failure in initializing the telnet session. Shell process may not have been
lauched.
Telnet server has closed the connection.

Nothing in component help or in settings seems to address this problem. Please
help.

Henry,

IIRC, the Telnet Server component was not supposed to work with Minlogon (at least on SP1).
You will either have to switch to Minlogon or a 3rd party telnet server.
