Telephone list in excel worksheet

How do i generate telephone list(in +9198XXXXXXXX) Format, whenever i
try to type in, it automaticall converts it into a number ie 9.91868E
+11 Pls Help.

Give the cell a format of Number (0 decimal places)
or a custom format

Or even prefix your entry with an apostrophe:
'+9198xxxxxxxxx
to force excel to treat your entry as text

Or preformat the cell as Text, then do the data entry.
