I've tried to find OUT OF OFFICE ASSISTANT via Tools/Options/Other/Advanced
Options/Add-In Manager/Exchange Extensions and
Tools/.../Add-InManager/Install/outex.ecf and cannot find OUT OF OFFICE
ASSISTANT. Is there something else I can do? Is there LIVE Tech Support
available? Please and thanks

Silly question I know but are you on Exchange? If not you cannot use Out of
Office Assistant.

Are you attached to an Exchange Server? If not, you won't be able to use the
Out of Office assistant

As stated by the others, the Out of Office Assistant only works if you
connect to an Exchange server for email. If you don't, you'll have to use the
Rules Wizard. You don't mention which version of Outlook you're using but
check the Slipstick site for information regarding setting up the appropriate
rules. Just note that you likely have to leave Outlook running in order to
process the rules.
