You can buy the teacher's version (I think it's the same as the student version) which are the same as full releases only you get special pricing. You can find it at Microsoft's web...however, I did buy a student edition of XP Office for my college son at CompUSA.

Finding Office XP will take a lot of luck. The normal retail channels don't
carry it any longer since Office 2003 is the current version. You may be
able to find something on eBay or other non-primary channels. Be sure to
check the legitimacy of the vendor, though. You don't want to accidentally
purchase pirated software.
If your institution has a licensing agreement, you may be able to get a
license of Office XP through them. The terms and licenses vary from
customer to customer, so there's no guarantee. But it's certainly worth a
look since it would save money. I'd guess that you should start by asking
your IT department.
As for Office 2003 bundles, there isn't one that includes FrontPage. It's
only sold as a separate package. You can compare the package types here:

oddly, their price for Office 2003 teacher/student edition is 20 bucks more than buying it in my local CompUSA - weird.
