tcp/ip network transport

This is the error message I am getting when trying to
connect to the internet via a router(which is working)
and a cable modem(which also works). This is the computer
after the router and the computer hooked up between the
modem and router is ok also. I'm desperate.

What error do you get when you type "ipconfig /renew" at a command line?
