tcp ip enough to acess ntfs disk

say you wanna acess from network a ntfs disk in a pc booted from
floppy-does boot floppy have to have ntfs drivers or tcpip is
enough? how about using laplink or remote shutdown sfw(smth that does
not have to be installed on remote pc?)

The file system on remote computers doesn't matter when connecting over a
network. Data can be transfered from computers running disparate operating
systems.
