tasks - problem

We use BCM between 2 people, no central d/b, we synch using export / import
and this works ok with the exception of the following important issue –
please help!?

We use tasks to follow up calls etc. After an export / import routine, when
looking for tasks, the user gets “Cannot perform the requested operation, the
command selected is not valid for the recipient".

Any help appreciated.

Have you installed BCM Update? It lets multiple user work with same
database.

The database however is housed on the local drive. That is my understanding
and folder sharing has to be turned on.

How do I enable database sharing?
