Tasks folders multiplying!!!

Hello,
Using outlook XP with Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5. For some reason I keep
getting new Taks folders appearing in my mailbox. Taks 1, Taks 2 etc. I've
also been advised by a colleague that he is having th same issue. He had to
delete 50 tasks folders yesterday!!! I've no idea where they are coming from.
i just delete the empty ones every now and then. Any ideas please?
