Tasks assigned to others can't be finished automatically

Sometimes I assign a task to somebody and after they finish it, I receive an
EMAIL with the subject "Task Completed" generated by outlook, but my task
list isn't updated. We (Me and my colleagues) are using outlook 2003.
 
If you applied the January 10 Outlook securitiy update, this is a known problem. Stay tuned.
